I first visited Coin while traveling west with my son Jesse James, who was 9. Coin is one of our "ancestral homelands," the place where my Grandfather and his parents lived and ran a general store. There was not much left of the town, and subsequent visits in 2013 and 2016 found more and more open space, and no stores, gas stations, etc.
